AnEpicFlyingRock, also known as Rock, is an American Hardcore Factions player active from 2013 to 2018. He is widely regarded within the community as one of the strongest players the format produced, across every class and every map he played.
His career covers almost the whole of the format's golden era, across five factions on Kohi and HCTeams.
The claim about his standing is recorded from community consensus and is not yet sourced. Map results, Citadel counts and VODs should be added.
Reputation
What distinguishes AnEpicFlyingRock in community accounts is range rather than specialisation. Most players documented on this wiki are known for one class, and their record is read through it. He is instead described as having played every class at the top level across the maps he appeared on.
Reputation claims of this kind are consensus rather than measured fact, and the wiki records the claim as a claim. What would substantiate it is per-map results, Citadel and Palace counts, and footage showing him in each role.
Needs: which classes he played on which maps, his event record, and VODs.
Career
He played for Amerinide, Yoke, SoupSkidz, Ohana and Venezuela between 2013 and 2018.
The Amerinide split
AnEpicFlyingRock is named in accounts of the falling-out that followed Amerinide's breakup after Kohi Map 23.
According to Spyno, AnEpicFlyingRock and Colonel told the Amerinide leaders — Alexlm, Maihn and Syncronox, then approaching the end of their MineHQ blacklists ahead of Map X — that they would leave if Spyno remained. They sided with Ohana for Map X. Amerinide went on to take all four Citadels that map.
This account comes from one participant. The Ohana side has not yet been recorded. See NoLimit.
